and documentation. Not only have I developed the TS-Aligner product
line, but my primary role at HP was to manage the development of
service and support components for new products in the LaserJet,
disk storage, and personal computer product lines. I also developed
warranty plans including cost projections and very successful
strategies for cost reduction.
