The Equipment
Over the years I have collected a small set of essential machines
that are meticulously maintained. Prudent purchases of late model
equipment. Nothing fancy or extravagant. Just basic workhorses of
the industry.
The Shop
I keep my machines in a climate controlled environment 24 hours per
day, 365 days per year. This helps to maintain their accuracy and
reliability. Parts made in the Summer will fit with parts made in
the Winter. Fixturing and tooling always produce accurate results.
The Work
I use these machines to turn imagination into reality. This is where
creativity meets the real world. Individual prototypes, process
tooling, fixturing, short and long production runs. From one to
thousands of parts, an amazing amount of very accurate work is done
here.
The Opportunity
When my production capacity exceeds the current needs, I invite
others to take advantage of the cost savings. This is a shop
designed by an Engineer for use by an Engineer. Engineers are always
welcome!

I can accept your drawings in a wide array of formats. I do most of my programming at the machine console. However for those jobs with complex 3D contouring I rely on CAM software. This machine has a working envelope of 40" x 20" x 20". I have equipped it with a manual pallet changer and high density custom fixturing. It is ideally suited for both prototype and production work.
I have a very extensive collection of CAT 40 tooling for use on the Haas VMC. This machine has a working envolope of 6" x 18" x 18". I have it equipped with a wide array of precision magnetic sine vises, an electromagnetic vise, and a Grind Mate precision grinding fixture. I regularly do work on this machine which is measured in millionths of an inch. A workhorse of an engine lathe, I have equipped this machine with DTM quick change tooling, a tool post grinder, and a 5C collet closer. It has a working envolope of 13" x 42". Working envolope of 10" x 16". This machine is primarily used to cut steel. Primarily for cutting aluminum, this machine can hold tolerances of less than 0.005".
I can accept your drawings in a wide array of formats.
In addition to these items, I
also have the following:
Marktronic Multidot
